Who am I?

My name is Keleigh (pronounced Kelly) and I am a registered Child and Family Psychologist who specialises in supporting young people and their families.

I enjoy taking my dog on weekend adventures, getting into creative hobbies at home such as sewing and painting.

I now call Christchurch home after moving here over 10 years ago to complete my studies at The University of Canterbury.

I have experience working with neurodiverse children and adolescents, focusing on providing care that’s understanding and supportive. My approach is all about recognising and adressing the unique needs of both your child and your family.

I’m passionate about using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices. I understand that every child and family is different, so I work with you to create personalised plans that help prioritise well-being and growth.
